I couldn't sleep after George and I spent a few galleons at Leaky Cauldron. I sat up late, scheming of ways to make costume items for the Hogsmeade trip. I sat and watched the sun rise, then went and washed up to go look for the perfect tent.
I was able to find a quaint two-bedroom tent with no problems. The entrance was on the "living room" which we can easily convert to our store area. The kitchen was small, but we probably wouldn't use it much anyway.
I spent a couple of hours looking around Diagon Alley and even ventured over to Knockturn Alley for a bit looking for ideas. I make a few notes on a piece of parchment that I keep stuffing into my pocket. It looks rather wrinkled and the writing is smudged in a few spots, but I'm sure George will be happy to see it later.
Nearing noon, I decide it's time to wake George if he hasn't woken already. I walk into the store and don't hear any motion upstairs. I creep up them and take a peek, only to see George laying on the makeshift bed with a puddle of drool on his pillow. He's still wearing the clothes from last night, and his body almost looks like it's contorted to an unnatural position. Must be comfortable.
I go back downstairs and quietly pack up some of our items, including all the Rainbow Hair Salve I can find, the last of the Fake Wands (thankfully they were already IN a box, otherwise I'd wake George with my laughter!), about 25 assorted False Noses, 14 See Me Talk Teeth, 23 Replica Faerie Wands (charmed with love spells, but shhhh), 15 sets of Flutterby Wings in assorted colors, 12 Sticky Pipes, 5 THE ONE Rings, and a bluebird in a willow tree (for decoration, of course).
Once I've finished, I decide to wake George by apparating upstairs, but find he's already awake.
